We have nearly 20 years experience in the event and catering industry and we cater for a wide variety of parties. Our team is extremely adaptable and will try and find a menu to suit your individual tastes, budget and theme.

Adrian Roberts is the founder and managing director of Four Leaf Clover and food is his favourite four letter word.

From an early age Adrian had a passion and desire to work in the hospitality industry. Being adopted as chief taster at a Swiss training hotel in Kenya gave him the inspiration required. After spending lots of time working in restaurants and hotels gaining experience, Adrian joined the team at Bibendum restaurant in London. After a spell managing the opening of a restaurant and nightclub in Manchester he returned to Stratford on Avon to take on the GM’s job of a small restaurant chain.

He and his wife Karen, set up the bakery, patisserie and catering business Milcote Foods in the 90’s and have never looked back. The last few years have been busy though; despite tough economic conditions they sold the wholesale bakery and patisserie and rebranded the catering part of the business Four Leaf Clover and now their four children Lily, Eve, Archie and Flora have become the chief tasters.
